Jennifer has been at MetroVet since 2020 as a customer service representative. She was quickly promoted to our CSR supervisor with her vision for positive change and wanting to help lead her team of CSR’s was realized. Jen loves caring for our hospital hedgehog, Pepita, and has hopes to adopt one of her own soon. When she isn’t spending time supervising the busy hospital and helping her team, she loves to take her three kids out on adventures in the city. Jen is a foodie and loves to try any and ALL new restaurants, Chinatown is one of her favorite spots! The gym has also been a new found favorite place she enjoys going and realizing how important self-care is and prioritizing. A fun fact about Jen is she is south side born and raised and says she is never leaving, but also a Cubs fan. Jen loves the ocean, and her favorite animal is a Great White Shark.
